Perhaps you know something I've missed, but the paragraph description looks far more like Grand Census or the later cultural section of WBH than it does PE. Now, admittedly, the title "Dynasty" does sound more like PE to me... but the description does not.

Thats ok. I bought a dodgy heavy metal concept album on the strength of it being about Traveller. And yeah, its fairly decent. I've heard worse.

Well, using some cash I received during Christmas, I bought several books for Traveller including JBE's d66 Compendium. This book is stunningly useful. 3 days after getting it in the mail, it was already being used during my Saturday night game session to name an NPC and a local bar. Great stuff.

I have a copy of the Robots book on its way to my home now... so I cant say I'm looking forward to purchasing it, though I am looking forward to receiving and reading it. I'm quite interested in the campaign guide. This is one of those "toolbox" sorts of things that can, if done well, really...

Personally, if I were you, I'd go with what fits your campaign the best. We can all sit here and with varying amounts of expertise attempt to look into the future and give you an answer, but who knows what might happen? My own belief is that such a one world government is nigh upon impossible...

Well, those certainly look more like patrons than the "NPC encounters" from the last book. I hope the rest is quite similar. The art....well...to be kind, is underwhelming.
