We'll also be expanding our coverage of the Traveller universe with some new sectors, the Zhodani make an appearence, and there are some cracking OTU-shaking campaigns on the way.
They've just released Psion, there's the Aslan ALien Module due, and Tripwire's almost upon us, featuring intrigue and subterfuge amongst the stars of Jewell Sector.
Lifted from Mr. Spranges' blog/updates "planet Mongoose" section

But it seems that it won't happen till 2010... Hmm wonder if I can "rent" our spare bedroom for the Olympics for some MGP swag and books..?
This is off the topic of this thread but in Gateway to Destiny MJD gives a few ideas for adventure ideas using individual planets. IIRC there's a list of twelve ideas in the back.
I think most are variations on the ones here:

Project Steel is out I think and Tripwire is coming too.
If your looking for Zhodani stuff you might check out out the old CT Zhodani book or the GT alien races book. There's a CT adventure too set in the Zhodani controlled area of the Spinward Marches.
If your campaign is set in the Spinward Marches the Querion subsector might be a good source of Zhodani Imperial 'friction' ala US/Soviet tensions during the Cold War.

Also the CT Adventure "Expedition to Zhodane" and the companion book to the CT Alien books titled "Alien Realms".
Because the Consulate is a well-adjusted and peaceful place in general, it makes adventure! difficult, both to run and to play. What might help is to explore, as already suggested, the perceptions of the Consulate by outsiders. Huxley's "Brave New World" comes to mind, as does THX 1138, more than a few episodes of Star Trek, and even Zardoz.
Modern tourism to countries with a proverbial lack of humor regarding outsiders also comes to mind. The Zhodani people can excuse many foibles, but if you insist on being a raucous idiot, your passport won't stop them from dealing with the criminally insane Imperial you obviously are.
