I wonder if I'd like to play with fleet for example Centauri Fleet (box) and EA 3rd Age will it be "not fun"/ Because of great disadvantage over centauri? Is same work for other fleets?

in theory at least , any fleet can beat any other fleet, the dice will always pretty ultimately decide how things go, so even the weakest fleet could score a surprise victory. The game should be about the playing, and 2 good mates swapping sides, seeing who can overcome the centauri supremacy should give both players a bit of a laugh, and some fun.
Part of the game is playing in "unwinable" bvattles, then turning your opponnent over against al odds, or just playing for the fun it brings. No two fleets are evenly balanced, although an EA V Narn battle is possibly one of the closest you may get. Don't think the EA are at a huge disadvantage against the Centauri, a good selection of ships could surprise even the most talented centauri, or likewise it could doom the EA to a hammering.

If you're concerned about game balance, this is not a bad game. Not nearly a bad as a certain game beginning in War and ending in ammer. In fact, the major gripes people generaly have are over things that would be considered minor if at all noticable in the above game.

I have a lot of fun playing my 3rd age EA against my buddy who generaly kicks my teeth in. If you want one of the most fun games ever, try the battle of the line scenario out of the Earth-Minbari War book.

Tomorrow I'll test for the first time in Campaign the pak's
and I'll face minbaris, centauris and maybe some EA or Narn will see.
(maybe a 4th player newly converted ;-) )
I'm pretty sure I can win ... at least one fight
I really think all fleet are balanced, it's just the way you play them axing your attack on your forces and playing against the weaks of your opponent.
It's a bit like clasic wargames where some armies are fast (like the Huns)
and so you flank your opponent, some are disciplined (The Big Roman Army) and so on...
What is the game worth playing for is to find what will be your strategy and as we use to say in wargames "know your foe"
