Checking out the books and making a wish list, I noticed the "World Builder's Handbook" and "Sector Construction Guide box set".

Will the World Builder's Handbook replace the Sector box set?

I think they complement each other - they operate at different scales.

World Builders Handbook is focused on everything in one hex, or aspects of a system and and its planets.
Sector Construction Guide is focused on building a developing a sector-sized region with various polities and races.
