We are working on one at www.evocommand.com which includes not only FAQs but a EVO LAW section which has clarifications and some minor tweaks and optional rules.
Clarifications are Mongoose rulings for the most part, and some clarification we the player at evo thought were needed.
Options will include Emplacements clarifications and additions, Smoke rule change to 1 ready action instead of 2, Structures targeting and Kill scores, and CC among other things.
The rule Book does have many question clarified in the wording over the rule sheet, but there are still a few loose ends. 90% of MPs rules are fine as is, but there are some vague areas, and a couple of not well thought out sections.
