Of course! That was implied Though, we have many racial/national characteristics to draw from regarding the other races with which to give us some sort of outline to use. All we know about the Strieb are that they were ruthless, stupid enough to cheese off the Minbari, and have no fashion sense when designing ships. ;>

Weren't the Orieni in the Wars of the Centauri Republic book? Pre-Dilgar War race that the Centauri conquered/eliminated?

Well they and the Centauri expanded until they meet one another and had a tense peace with neither attacking but probing for weaknesses. The Orieni worked with the Drazi to weaken the Centauri until the Orieni's power bases were developed to the point for an assault against the Centauri. However, the Drazi became pushy and got discovered and the Centauri decided to attack the Orieni. At first, the Orieni were winning but eventually it became a kind of stalemate.

During the Centauri-Orieni war, the Drakh appeared to the Orieni and said they would help the Orieni against the Centauri. However, they abandoned the Centauri and the Orieni learnt that the Drakh were Shadow servants and bombed the suspected Drakh homeworld. But things had gone very bad on the Centauri front who managed to strike deeply against the Orieni and shatter their empire but failed to destroy them.

So concievably, even with their defeat, the Orieni could still be out there and reforming. I always thought it would be a cool idea if the Orieni come back to the galactic stage after the Shadow war and believe that their gods, the Vorlons, had left in order to test their fate and try to finish of the Centauri and Drakh. I mean imagine say the Interstellar Alliance coming into a new Centauri Orieni war and they struggle on who to support; the Centauri who they are on bad terms on and have the Drakh or the orderly Orieni.

I wouldnt mind seeing some of 'the Hands' starships in miniature form.

The Streib always struck me as evil Vree by the way they looked.
The Redhelms would also be a cool fleet.

Actually we do see a Pak ship-its just a warbird hull.
One of the reasons I'm glad mongoose "switched" the Pak and the Gaim fleets around,makes it at least match the one Pak ship we see then.
