Which fleet list ARGH!!!

Ok I've been running a Centauri fleet using my main rule book box set and aramgeddon book. I had the comfort of thinking the Centauri hadn't changed my from the original compared to friends who run Shadows and Earth. Now I find on some lists available online all the stats can be really different. Especially the Vorchans, Maximus (which drops from 10 ad all round to just 10 front and a turret with 4) and the primus.

What book do I need to have a correct up to date centauri fleet list. The thing is these aren't peripheral changes, they change the whole way the ships are used, it seems even their points value ie raid to skirmish and battle etc.

Is Armageddon ok for my mate who runs EA?

Armageddon covers all of the EA fleets.

Sky Full of Stars covers the Centauri fleet (excluding the Adira that's in Armageddon).

p.s. The Maximus was changed as it was almost without a doubt the most powerful ship in the original game (the other main contender being the Nova)

Armegeddon is the latest book in the bunch and does alot of changes to EA. For the most part it does not change the rest of the younger races. However, the Centauri had a bunch of changes in Sky Full of Stars.

also the Liati only appears in armegeddon, but if you ever field one, you need your head examining anyway

Long story shot, Sky Full of Stars is basically the current fleet book (with some changes in armageddon), unless youre playing shadows, vorlons or EA in which case armageddon more or less reprints your entire fleet lists.

There's also a FAQ at the back of Armageddon that corrects (or alters) a number of ships from SFOS, such as the White Star. Might well be some changes to yours there.

Some EA ships have had updates via S+P (Sagittarius and Omega CC)
