How's the service? Can you get the stuff cheaper elsewhere? How's the import tax affect your order?

1) Service - extremely fast, friendly response to emails and they sorted outr lots of questions (I was after spare parts for broken 1/285 models, all supplied, no probs)

2) Cheaper elsewhere? To be honest I don't know. The convenience and the weak state of the dollar made it a non-issue.

3) Import charges - I wasn't charged anything, and it was a big order
