Where Is Maiden's Vale???

Is it near Axebridge or Ashmore?

The map on page 219 shows a trail to a house near the entrance to the forest is that the Vale or is it the Ruined Villa up north from Axbridge.


Mainly wondering if it's on the east or west side of Helfax Wood.

Where is the father's village? The guy who gives you the package?

According to the rulebook (pg 219) Maiden's Vale lies in the west of Baron Aldred's fief, at the edge of Helfax Wood and the 1st peaks of the Shriven Hills, but too small to appear on ay map. Therefore I'd say it's at the top of Helfax Wood, in a clear area. I doubt it matters too much for the purposes of the adventure.
Re the location of the fathers village, I'd say make a GM call.
