Where do you come from?

I am 37 and i live in Dijon, France.

I don't remember when i began playing RPG : it's a so long time !

Like all the "old" rôlistes (rôliste = role-playing gamer, in french), i have played a lot of different rpg.

And like, i'm fond of conan's universe. Perhaps, like Conan, i dislike social shams ^^

PS : Sorry for my my writtings, i'm not fluent in english.

Hail to you all from South Florida!

I've been a DM & sometimes player off-and-on (mostly off) for 17yrs. Playing consistently about half a year for the past 7yrs.

I love the Northren Cultures! Through hours of research and creating, I've created three Norse campaigns and 1 Germanic Goth campaign over the past 7yrs. Then I found the Conan RPG last year. Each page I turned I felt more at home...it was everything my Home-brews were striving to be.

I've finally got a Conan Campaign going (6 games) in the Nordheim and Cimmeria. I love it!

I'm done with D&D and their quest to be like MMOs!

32, from West Virginia, currently residing in Rochester, NY.

As a kid I used to DM a basic D&D game and I used to play in TMNT, Ghostbusters, and Marvel Superheroes.

I played in my first and only Conan RPG for a while on Kloogeworks (online) and that was pretty good despite not being in person, however real-life issues began to limit my participation (new baby). I hope to get involved in the PBEM campaign on this site now.... :)

39 in Spring,Texas. I primarily play 3.5, Conan, WoD and TSR Marvel (not the newer crappy one - lol).

Anybody got game? Drop me a PM.

I'm 23 live in the USA, Eastern Shore of Maryland to be exact. I've just started roleplaying about 5 years ago and in a few weeks my buddy Koski will be running a Conan game. The first Conan I've played..or read :( sorry guys. I've played Rifts, Starwars, DnD and a few others though.

Dover Delaware, been gaming off and on for several years. Played just about everything. We have a large group on Saturdays, and we have quite a mix of games.

Darkwolf will be on my players in this upcoming Conan Campaign.

As far as Mongoos, I play Runequest and Conan.

From western PA near the Burg. I'm 37 and a huge fan of the Steelers. Been playing since '82. Started with D&D then AD&D. Have played D&D (old), AD&D (1st & 2nd), Champions, TSR Marvel, Gamma World, Top Secret, James Bond, Star Frontiers, TSR Conan, MERP, Traveller (classic and now MGT), Boot Hill, Fantasy Hero, Fantasy Wargaming, Twilight 2000, D&D 3.5, Conan & Call of Cthulhu. Boardgames include most old Avalon Hill games. Even have the Dark Tower still.

Now I have settled into Traveller and Conan. Started reading Conan at 12 and read most of the books and have the original 12. Also read Savage Sword of Conan for couple of years.

I'm Scott from the US, 38 years old, and I've been into RPG's since about 1981 (TSR stuff mostly, D&D, AD&D, the old Marvel Super Heroes RPG :D , Gamma World, Top Secret). I've been into Conan for a few years now, and have GM'ed a couple games, but I've never actually played  !
Welcome! O Brother of the Northern Sky!

My mom's from Enkoping. My dad met her here (the US) and they went back for a year. I was born there, but raised here. I have lots of family still there though.

And yes, it seems the average pen&paper guy is in his mid thirties to late forties. In my group, there are 5 of us: two 39 year olds, one 37 year old, one 35 year old, and a 25 year old (and yes, he spends most of his time on WoW).

We are a dying breed.

Kinda made me chuckle, I've lived in Enköping all my life. 26 long years.

And also, hello. New to the boards, new to the game, but not so new to Conan. :D

Penn and Paper got to me before computergames did, so i've always stayed true to the dices, pencils and erasers. Recently found a new group to play with, that has rekindled a passion for rpg's. Our group play B5, Abberant, D&D 3:d Ed., Call of Cthulhu (Chaosium), Star Wars D20 Saga Ed. and a few other games. And Conan ofc, where I am the allmighty GM.

I have reached the ripe old age of 42 and live in the city of Belfast in Northern Ireland(Norn Iron if you are a local). I have been gaming almost continuously since 1982, so thats almost 26 years.
My group plays all manner of RPG's and I have to say that despite our current penchant for Gothic Horror by Gaslight style adventures that my favourite games of all time are Stormbringer,Conan RPG and the mighty "Slaine"!!!!!!

Ps

Dear Mongoose Folks,
We want Baileoisin and we want it now,or else I shall give my mates in the Red Branch a Call and send them over to sort youse Fir Domain out.

I currently reside in the Raleigh area of North Carolina. I'm running a Conan game with the Savage Worlds system.

36 from Västerås Sweden. Gamemaster forever (since 11) with specialty in improvising complex plots and evil NPCs and settings. Group (4 players) currently playing an Exalted (Abyssal) campaign but I am glad to have found Conan RPG! Currently buying everything for Conan for my collection;)

Born in Derry, Northern Ireland, 40 years ago, and moved to Melbourne, Australia, 28 years ago. Only a recent convert to Conan (only own 2e books), having dabbled in several non-WotC d20 settings over the last 8 years (especially Kingdoms of Kalamar). I, and my group, needed something gritty and not D&D 4e. So here I am.

I'm 29 years old, I live in eastern Oregon, in a small town no one has ever herd of called Christmas Valley.

I got hooked on Conan when i was really young i don't remember exactly how old i was but i remember watching the original movie at a drive-in theater in Portland, OR. after that I started collecting the comic books, including the black and white Savage Sword of Conan, and the Books. I'm only missing a few books currently. And enjoy Conan for not only the story telling but how emerging the world can be.

I started role playing when i was 13 years old, and GM/DM'ing when I was 22. I started with Original D&D then moved on to AD&D when i was 14, I stayed with AD&D till I started GM/DM'ing when i moved on to 3rd Edition.

The first adventure i ran was the winter of 2002-03 in Kuwait while we were waiting to invade Iraq, During that time i stared work on my own book/gaming world. Upon returning from the desert i discovered the Conan RPG, I have bought the majority of the books, and even taken many items that i though were really cool and introduced them into my gaming world.

I am Currently writing out an adventure for a single person to play in the Conan world as gamers out here in Hell are few and far between.

I love role-playing and will do it till the day i die.
