Where can i buy a hex mat in the uk?

Howdy folks,

Title says it all, Im looking for a hex mat with 2 inch hex's, preferably black but not essential.

Anyone know where i can pick one up in the uk?

Leisure Games carry the 1" and 1.5" Chessex mats. You could ring them and see if they can get 2" mats in.

if you didnt mind measuring, its like 15$ to just buy a 4x6 piece of felt and like 3$ for fabric paint (white).

yeh but if you want to draw on it you can't on felt.

I have another one on a cheap fake satin one, that one is easy to draw on.

Actually, i didnt draw anything on mine, i hung it on the wall and splashed the white paint on it...
not too shabby for a few bucks 8)

I ended up ordering a Deep Space Hex mat from Hotz Artworks. Very reasonably priced and even has a very attractive looking starfield on it!

I paid $35.99 including shipping to the uk.

I appreciate what your saying but i just dont have the time or space to make my own with 2 little kids running around the house!

Also by the time I've bought felt and markers then had to buy another load of felt cause i messed up the first attempt i'd end up spending the same amount as buying a ready made mat anyhow :lol:
