where are the rules/examples for disease(s)?

I've picked up all of the Conan 2e stuff but i wondered where the rules (and samples of) for diseases are?

i can't find it in the main book..diseases are noted in the Heal skill..but no samples..OR rules for disease..seem to be anywhere that i can find.

What is the point of mentioning diseases in the Heal skill..and mentioning them in a few spells in the 2e Scrolls of Skelos..if there are no examples/rules?

I don't have the books at hand but if I remember well, lots of disease were treated in Thunder River as well as in Stygia, but I've got to check for sure...

Well, of course i don't have those books..sigh...

Anyways..anyone have any idea why there aren't diseases in the main rulebook? any Mongoose staff here know why? They should be part of the core rules...after all the Heal skill use of treating diseases seems to imply this.

You should get them as they're good. Across The Thunder River is really excellent if you're not allergic to Picts.

talking about this.. also made me notice that the rules for poison have changed in 2nd edition...i wonder what the reason for that is?
