What's Oleb's likely response

The Pcs in my current campaign got Dours Starbase in Wildemann up and running and can now have Ships build at 20% less then retail price and I'm wondering what Oleb's likely response is to The Pcs building 2 1,000, 1 1,400 ton and 1 1,200 ton custom designed versions of The 800 ton Mercenary Cruiser at 20% below their normal cost then offering to sell them to Oleb/their patron and king they've sworn to serve for a cheeky yet likely justified 15% more then their normal cost would be?. I've got a few ideas I won't write here in case my players read them but I'm asking here cos of how greatly I value the, in my opinion, great minds of the great people on this great website
