A Friend of mine is working on A Police themed Traveller campaign based on CSI, but always on the scale of at least the planets biggest continet, nearly always oh a plant-wide scale, fairly often with system wide scale and at least 1 per 5 ingame years or 13 real-life sessions on a scale of 2 to 4 planets within Jump 1 Range scale has 3 questions with regards to it but wants me to post to avoid her players spoiling the fun
The 1st is if A Smuggling Ship is bringing cargo that is legal on the world they have arrived on but illegal on the world they left are their are definite, likely or possible troubles
The 2nd is that if almost every cop is corrupt in a city and the few that aren't corrupt are too scared of reprisals against and family to report it then what happens to the cops that where too scared to the authorities when the very-high ups on other continents on the world findout
A 3rd is that if a boyfriend and girlfriend agree to sleep together for the 1st time mere minutes after midnight of the day she turns 16, so its legal, they think they did that, but didn't know that the girlfriends dad didn't put the clock back that morning and the girfriend wasn't legally old enough to sleep with her boyfriend for another 56 minutes, but they truly and honestly believed she had turned 16 4 minutes earlier and that its even possible that the girlfriends dad didn't do it on purpose to get the male he loathes executed for sleeping with a 15 year on a world where that carries the death sentence
