What Should I get?

Hello, I am new to RuneQuest and am looking to get a new book but money is spars so I want to make sure I get a book I can get full use out of. It seems everyone here knows more about all the books then I shall probablly ever know. I have a few different forms of the SRD so I am confident in knowing the basic rules. As of now, my GM is running his own world and I am playing a minotaur with a big axe. I think I want to get him into a War diety. So I think the books that I would like would either be one that has background, culture, ecology of minotaurs or Something with equipment, or one about dieties, their beliefes and spells.

The Player's Guide to Glorantha has some stuff that is Minotaur-centric, but it is a Glorantha book, so you'll want to check with your GM first. :)

As long as there is enough information there that isn't too setting specific I think the monsters themselves are pretty much the same but the geography and the overall history is a little different.

A minotaur character. Fascinating. Sounds like an idea for another RuneQuest book. Other than the first Monsters book, I can't think of any other MRQ book that has detailed information about minotaurs.

The best thing to do with see if other rpg companies have released a minotaur supplement, if it is just source material you are looking for, otherwise you should research on greek mythology yourself.

Depending on how you play Battle Rage they can be almost unplayable. That is, unless the rest of the party knows when to run away and hide.

Players Guide to Glorantha has a lot of information as well as some spells, at least one Legendary Ability and some equipment/items. Same for centaurs, tolls, elves, dwarves, ducks and a number of other creatures. It's well worth getting for that alone.
