What happened to the Traveller Companion?

So what happened to the Traveller Companion that was mentioned as the collection of things for the GM? It's mentioned in the Core Rulebook as "a massive toolkit allowing you to tailor your campaign to exactly how you want it". I thought it used to be listed on the Upcoming Releases list but I don't see it anymore.

Yes, I was hoping to see that as well. Since it hinted at things that are usually not part of standard Traveller. Like Transhumanism? Time Travel, etc? Also what happened to the Star Trek game?

Well, it wasn't part of the play tested supplements so it'll probably turn up on the schedule once those that were are released. Not sure about Prime Directive, but there is an upcoming Traveller version of the transhumanist setting, Mindjammer in the next couple of months or so.

Likely looking at next year now for the Companion - however, note that some material planned for the Companion has appeared in other books (such as High Guard).

I just picked up the new rule book and so far it looks great. But under aliens one of the first things it says is that you can find out more about playing aliens in the Traveller companion. Is this referencing a 2nd addition of future alien books?
