Thulsa is still around, working on a new project, but he got busy elsewhere lately. Here's a part of the last e-mail I got from him in early October:

As for Xoth Publishing, I have a project that I've been (slowly) working on for a while, but for the last few months I've had other priorities. But it will appear sooner or later...

So we can hope for some more Xoth Publishing goodies in the forthcoming months...

I'm still around, lurking in this forum (although the postings seem to have slowed down a great deal around here).

As Herve mentioned, I have another Xoth.net Publishing project in the works, wait for it sometime in 2010...

I think we are all waiting for the state of the goose to see if there even is a D20 Conan any more. I bet right after it goes up there will be a big rush, either positive or negative, or more likely, both.
