Might be if there's too little terrain. So start building some terrain there :lol:

More terrain always helps in that sort of situations.
 
There is a +1 modifier to attack rolls made against units that jumped, so if your opponents MI end their jump within your reaction range, open up and catch them off balance. It is in the rulebook in the description of the Jump special move (don't have the book in front of me, otherwise I would give the page number).

Apart from rehash things that Matt's said, or give a few more details that flesh out what he's stated, well... we're kinda nerfed on that.
