Wave 3 coming June 18th instead?

I wanted 4 Warriors to mount my Mechanised Infantry Platoon up, so I bit the bullet, and bought them with the Command teams.

Now, when I took out the Command team that I needed for my platoon, that left 9 figures. Take out the almost useless Radio Op's (which may later get used as tank crews...from the shoulders up!), and that leaves 6 riflemen.... which is exactly the number of figures I was thinking of getting to convert into LSW gunners. So really, this has worked for me so far!

Richard, hang on to those Radiomen, in the future they could be used for FO models.

I know someone who has bought 5 Warriors for a mechanised infantry platoon.

I'm waiting on Lynxes and Ghurkas before I fully max out my EFTF (Brit) platton and start in on a non Brit EFTF platoon.

To quote that great philosopher, Maxwell Smart (Agent 86) : "Missed it by that much!"

As for the LSW, I just want to have the ability to model the current operational reality. There is every prospect that the next ten years will see change... but it may not, too. Who knows, the concept may just work! Besides, I mostly play social games with friends, so we can pretty much do whatever we please!

well the entire SA80 range is due for replacement in 2015, but so long as the L85 is in use so too will be the L86
