Wars RPG: Errata or missing information?

Hello Rulemasters,
As a fan of the Wars TCG I couldn't help but purchase a copy of the Wars RPG when I recently discovered it in my local gaming store. It is very well written for a setting that saw so little action on Deciphers behalf, but I have run into some areas that are confusing in my early readings of the book.
The Diplomat ability for psycholinguistics is poorly explained and/or poorly organized in that it states that action points must be used for use psycholinguistic powers but there is no clear definition of what those powers are.
Additionally the unique ability for engineers is either not defined, missing, or a unique ability (1st CL only) doesn't exist. Was a rules errata or some other document ever created? If not, are there any other resources that may be handy in enlightening those of us who lack the creativity to read between the lines in this respect?
