Victory class naming conventions?

If you're doing the Greek mythology theme, it should be Ares, not Aries. The I is only in the name of the constellation. For the Marathon class I'd have to go for names of Greek heroes from myth or history. Find out who commanded the Greek army at Marathon and use that.

I would check how I have spelt it, but I deleted my fleet list yesterday, and moved it elsewhere :-(

my chronos are ships from trafalgar, from all sides.

There were a load of duplicate ship names between the fleets. The British, French and Spanish all had a ship named Achillies.

I don't think the EAS Merlin was a Warlock. Titans, Enchantress, Sorcerer and Necromancer are noted in the 1.0 ed fleet book.

I have

EAS Indefatigeable Chronos
EAS Indomptable Chronos
EAS Intrepid Chronos
EAS Naiad Hermes
EAS Euryalus Hermes
EAS Sirius Hermes
EAS Argonaute Hermes
EAS Neptuno Hermes
EAS Pluton Hermes

My Hyperions are famous battleships. Bismarck, Yamato, Hood

and LDTD I had spelt Ares wrong, thanks for the correction!

I have quite a few napoleonic books, but I can't remember who by, they are in storage in the loft at present.
