I do not know whether there is any rule for this, but I suspect that it would
be rather difficult to write a convincing one.
Vargr society has been described as largely family and clan based, and si-
zes of families or clans will vary widely and are not based on the charis-
ma of the leader.
Moreover, even Vargr leaders have to convince their followers of some-
thing, to give them a reason for following them, charisma alone will not
be enough.
"I have high charisma, so thousands of fellow Vargr will follow me in my
crusade to kill Emperor Strephon" will be a lot less successful than "My
charisma may be a bit low, but I know when and where that shipload of
iridium will be unguarded for a few hours".
