USMC Where to start?

Hello,

I'm getting ready to place an order and have no idea what to start with. I know there are only the tank and the 1 squad going to be released right now. My question is, how many of each should I start with?

A lot depends on what your opponent takes and the points values of the battles you fight. Two or three squads and an Abrams will get you going, though if the PLA start mobbing you with Type 99's, you may want another Abrams fairly soon.

id use the battle report in the latest s&p as a guid.

900-1k is a good start, infantry give you a highter break point tanks give you punch so a good mix

for the usmc you have 2 choices as far as i can see

2 M1A2's a box of infantry, the cheapest but an incredibly low break point.

or

1 M1A2 plus 2-3 boxes of USMC's good balance and fun

and dont forget 6 boxes of USMC troopers, near umbreakable but no anto tank ability.

I'm starting with two squads and an Abrams. Next month I'll add a Shadow squadron and maybe another infantry squad.

Once the Shadows come out it seems like they'll be a vital part of any USMC operation. They'll add mobility plus a much needed (and powerful) AT punch.

I'd recommend an M1 and 2 infantry squads and then wait for a Shadow group when they release.
