Hi guys,

The Shadow RST-V is now up on the site! MEA Technicals, Fedayeen Squad, and the British Army Command Section & Warrior will all be up next week!

Cool. I gotta question though.

"Replacing the Hum-Vee, the Shadow is a hybrid transport capable of mounting many weapon systems. This version features the roof-mounted CKEM anti-tank missile, giving USMC forces a powerful anti-armour capability"

U said...... "this version features..." Does this mean there are multiple versions of the same model? Or is it some kind of interchangeable part? Or is it that we have to use our imagination if we want another weapon system mounted on top? Fill me in! U teased me, now I want answers!

It is entirely possible that other versions will follow in the future - the CKEM fills a nice little niche in the USMC arsenal at this time.

3 in a box, great news....
One questions, can the launcher boxes be pulled off, so to add any home made weapons systems..?

Cheers MS...

Alan

That's the ugliest car I've ever seen. You could only make it less of a chick magnet if you painted it plaid.

don't tempt me, I've a taste for painting Tartan after doing a ton of Trolls for Warmachine and Hordes.

No problem with the detail (esp since the real thing doesn't have that much 'detail'), but it looks a little... stretched.

see here:

Or is the stretching an illusion?

Matt, can we get a straight side-on picture of the model?

There may be a minor bit of stretching on length but not much. I think it is the overly large bumper and top weapons on the mini throwing the perspective off. Certainly nothing critical that I see.

Photoshop work using the tires for length comparison:

Accurate or not, it sure is an ugly vehicle.

Reminds me of the station wagon my parents carted us around in when we were kids.

How many men are supposed to fit in one of those things? Where do they put their equipment, etc?

That somehow conjures the image of one of those small cars with impossible hordes of clowns straming out... ;-)

ps. I think this is a lot cooler foto of the Shadow:
