Fuel 400 + 12 Dt is correct, but 4 weeks is 7 Dt, so 714 Dt is required for 8 weeks endurance.

My guess is the size of the power plant got changed at one point and the fuel didn't get updated. Think you meant 414 there not 714.

The original has scoops and purifiers.

20 Dt Multi-Environment Space should take 21 Dt, MCr 0.5, 1 Power.

Well, it should be.

Low berths take 1 Power together, not noted under required power.

By the time they get into the product, not all the power requirements are noted on there. But can add.

Combined space for 3 air/raft is 12, so 12*1.1=13.2 rounded up to 14.

Fair enough. I only noticed because I was working on a "Frontier courier" design and referenced the X-boat for guidance.

Pedantic aside: The original justification for the X-boat's rather limited capabilities goes back to the LBB restrictions on the size of an engineering compartment in a standard hull. You could claim price, too, but such a limited ship requires so much more support infrastructure (e.g. Tender) that it probably doesn't pencil out. Since the current Highguard rules build a ship that has plenty of room for an M-Drive of at least 1G capability, it seems to me that something else within the rules should logically or at least plausibly justify the design. You can say "I'm just duplicating the old version", but since there was never an option to put in the Array in 1980, it does no harm to do it now and suddenly the design makes a degree of sense.
