Does Treat Wounds heal 1 HP each round until completing the percentage of Read Grimoire (ie, Read Grimoire 71%--->1 HP each round until 8 HP) or X HP per round (ie, RG 71%----> 8 HP per round)?

It heals 8HP per Round.
