I would love to go but have a writers convention I’m attending in November. My budget wouldn’t approve. I’ll plan for two trips in close succession next year and see if I can make it happen.

I'm gonna have to pass this year.
WorldCon was in my area this year and my wife had college friends who made the trip out here.
But the bill for all that was damned near $1000 US.
However, the wife is on notice that I WILL be going to TravellerCon 50th anniversary.

I suspect that the poster meant for tge TravellerCon that would occur during the 50th anniversary year of the Traveller game. I might be wrong.

TravellerCon USA in Lancaster, PA will be doing a 50th anniversary Year of the Traveller-game special convention in 2027 (it's been on the radar for the past several years - don't know exactly what the plans are yet) and I am certain Marc Miller will be there unless health or some other life issues intervene (he often comes out about a quarter of the time in any case, or sometimes video-conferences if he can't be there).
