Traveller Release Schedule 2023

Adventure is supposedly upto twenty four hundred tonnes.

Separation of smallcraft into a later publication, two hundred pages, four pages per class - likely fifty examples that they have copyright to, maybe a third legacy, a third collected from their own publications, and a third new.

Adventure Class: Some inspired from the old books, but otherwise everything is new!

Wrath: We should have you covered on this - you should be able to proceed however you end Secrets.
Sounds like there needs to be a box at the front of Wrath for those who've been through the grinder of both previous campaigns.

I could be wrong, but evidence suggests that the physical book for The Marches Adventures 1-5 is out.

I have email evidence that mine shipped, but it is now subject to the vagaries of the United State Postal Service
(new motto seems to be, 'Nah, it looks like it might rain, maybe tomorrow you'll get your mail' - yes, I know, staffing shortages, but I'm lucky to get mail delivered 4 days out of 6, in an urban neighborhood, so it's not like they have to hike it through the woods and dodge wild animals - even the dogs are fenced, but there are wild bunnies about)

Haven't had any USPS issues here, things have been arriving early a bit.

Those bunnies Crystal Quest where nasty.

I wish you good luck.

I mail my daughters weekly postcards. It takes about a week to get from Florida to Delaware and Pennsylvania. I was in London last summer. Postcards mailed from there also took one week to get to Delaware and Pennsylvania. This year I was in Germany, and the postcards took two to three weeks to arrive.

I hate to say it, but things could be worse than the USPS.

I am happy to report that my book arrived as scheduled and promised. On a day with multiple downpours even. My wife's Amazon package, also due yesterday did not arrive (not USPS, or drone, or auto-driver with local drone dispatch - just you wait, it's probably in testing in a back room/road somewhere), so it's a crap shoot, I guess.

So did the adventure class ships manage to get lost in the rift on their way to homebase? 😆 Book had supposedly only a few hours to go yesterday, but furiously pushing the reload button ever since has’t made them appear ::sad face:: 😂

I’ve been having a lot of packages lately arrive in the larger town 20 miles away, then travel to another state before finally getting to me.
I can’t fathom why the USPS always has funding issues…🤔

It might have something to do with the postmaster ordering the destruction of a lot of high-speed mail sorting systems back in 2020, but it might not...

On the mainland, a lot has to do with distribution centers. The Post Office doesn't equip every single post office in the country with the sorting machines needed to send to every other post office directly. Stuff is sent to central distribution centers by region and then sent from there to their destinations.

Sometimes it has to do with other economic issues, too. Like a lot of things destined for Hawai'i from the mainland go to Guam first, even though it is farther away. But keeping the aircraft flying to Guam regularly requires giving them enough business to justify that. So they design the route to do that, as it is overall cheaper than having a specific charter when stuff is destined for Guam. It also keeps direct CA to HI (for example) flights from being overloaded. So sometimes going CA to GUAM to HI can be faster than waiting for space on a CA to HI flight.

The sorting machines do, of course, sometimes have packages drop into the wrong bin for whatever reason. But mostly it is the above reasons.
