Yeah, it is. Why wouldn't it be? The ship is almost an 1:1 copy, and recognizably so;

Because, it isn't an ACTUAL copy. Simply inspired by. There is lots of ship art with similar lines. Like I said, an IP atty would be NUTS to bring suit. Which is why it isn't happening.

Proof is in the pudding as they say. ;)

You actually should read up on copyrights and IP law. You're going to be in for a few surprises.

After years of running an multi-national company where I worked with our IP atty's on regular basis protecting our IP on product packaging, code-base, copy, etc., around the world, I've probably forgotten more about IP law than you've ever had to know.
