How does one do it? I ordered HG since I wasn't willing to wait for my lame store to figure out the printing problem and get new copies. But now I can't tell when it's going to ship, if it shipped etc.
Although I have a new complaint to register, mainly with all the green styrofoam pieces embedded in every nook and cranny of my car. I made the mistake of not waiting until I got home from the post office to open the package. Opened it at a red light and green foam went everywhere... then I drove back to the office at 45mph.
