The Traveller Adventure isn't that bad as 'railroading' goes -- leaving aside the spoiler on Pysadi involving spoiler which later spoilers. I scrapped that part for my current take on the adventure.
No, if you want Ultimate Railroading, try Expedition to Zhodane. I won't go into detail, but you basically grab your PCs, tie them to chairs, put them in a metal box aboard a train in an underground tunnel, and send them on a long, long one-way trip into enemy territory -- just as the 5th Frontier War is about to begin.
