Another Beetle Review:

GLORANTHA VISIONS:

This 112 pages book of gloranthan short stories is not the best buy. It contains 5 sections:
1) When the Wolf Pirates Came to the City of Wonders - A decent short storie.
2) The Hero Bit - A Chapter from the Complete Griselda.
3) The Road of Kings - A VERY well written chapter from an upcoming book.
4) Short Myths - 6 short myths written by Greg. Okay, but nothing more.
5) Morden Defends the Camp - Another story by Greg, not much fun for old-time RQ'ers as it's written very much in a HeroWars perspective.
So, all in all, buy the Road of Kings when it's published, get the Complete Grisalda, and maybe pass over this one unless you're a collector.

Trif,
a word of warning if you have the soft-backed version. If it is like the 2nd edition, after about 20 years the graphics on the front cover start to wear off where your fingers touch it when consulting the thing. Mine has a nearly clear patch just where I hold it to flick thorugh in a hurry.

Just printed out Jeff Okamoto's 250-pages Sandy Peterson RQ3 log.

Printed out 3 RQ books of similar size before while on my night-shifts.

Is that stealing? Or is it okay since it's RQ?

I always wondered how different it was to RQ2.

For some reason, I've always thought it was identical, apart from the errata on the inside covers.

I though there were some differences in the way defense was calculated.
