The ship's locker

As the ship is new (or refurbished) and equipped by a well-funded group, I'd say that the following Ship's Locker inventory would be fitting:

7x TL12 Vacc Suits
7x TL10 Cloth Armors
7x TL9 Very Distant Transceivers
1x TL12 Regional Transceiver (could reach orbit)
2x TL12 Medikits
2x TL8 Binoculars (with Light Intensification)
1x Geiger Counter
1x Electromagnetic Probe
7x Breather Masks
7x Environment Suits (i.e. cold/hot weather insulating suits)
2x Thruster Packs
1x Engineer (M-Drive) Toolkit
1x Engineer (J-Drive) Toolkit
1x Engineer (Electronics) Toolkit
1x Engineer (Life Support) Toolkit
1x Engineer (Power) Toolkit
1x Mechanical Toolkit
1x Laser Welder (not in the TMB but I could post stats if you want)
7x Blades
4x Shotguns
100x shotgun Shells
7x Snub Pistols
200x Snub Rounds
20x Rescue Bubbles (actually not in the Ship's Locker but spread around the ship in strategic locations)

Additional items would have to be requested from the patron-group, or, failing that, bought by the characters from their own funds.

The patron group, knowing that they're sending the PCs to a covert mission, would probably be willing to provide reasonable additional personal armament as required by the PCs (including automatic weapons such as assault rifles and ACRs or even a few grenades) as well as additional reasonable gear that the PCs could give good justifications for needing in their mission. The key word here is reasonable - Battledresses and PGMPs would be very unlikely to be supplied.

Another thing that the PCs should keep in mind is that world above TL12 are very rare in the Marches - so finding spare parts/ammunition/repair-services for TL13+ gear would be quite difficult.
