Terragens Uplift and Cyber/genetic augmentation

Has anything been published regarding uplifts and cybernetic/genetic modification?

I know there are a couple of augments described for Aslan and Vargr, but I am specifically looking for anything that is not humancentric.

Beyond the fact that they exist? Not really. There are some Uplifted animals in the Solomani material (Dolphins, Apes, Bears), but that's about it. The Cepheus based Clement Sector series has a book on uplifts.
