Temp and Hydrographics in wrong order

When rolling for hydrographics there are modifiers for temperature but temperature isn't rolled until the next page (where it is set apart as if it's an optional rule). Wouldn't it make more sense to roll temperature BEFORE hydrographics?

Not really. Hydrographics has listed die mods for temperature but temperature doesn't have any die modifiers for hydrographics. It literally tells you to apply modifiers for something you haven't determined yet. It is for this reason that I think it would be more sensible to list them in the other order.
