How do you play the powers as in how do you as a gm run the powers??

That's a pretty open ended question, to which I think most people will answer "the way it's in the book." Do you have specific questions or concerns that prompted the thread?

Well if its a question based on visualisation, non-telepaths see the person appear to concentrate (with a decent notice check) or telepaths see something which they can recognise (with a telepathy check) as telepathy in use or a specific power if they make a roll.

I don't have the book in front of me, but that is how I am intending to run it unless people have a better idea?
