While waiting for a more detailed supplement (technically speaking), I strongly recommend the reading of the "Passing of the techno-mages" trilogy of novels, they're incredible.
I personally plan to use them with a player who hasn't read the books, to graduallly introduce all of the elements that are included : the initiation, the graduation, the philosophy of the order, and more important, the true origin and original purpose of these mysterious characters. All of this is mind-boggling and utterly incredible to discover, in my opinion.
Great reading, and a new insight into the B5 universe.
