I suppose it is a latin-like name.
So, if you use the so (wrongly) called "Scientific-pronunciation" (corresponding to the Late Republican Latin) you should say something like "Tuh-ruhn-tee-ah".
Remember to pronounce both the first and second "UH" as a good, open and clear "A"; as the "A" in Spanish or Italian, not the odd things which English-speaking people pronounce.
If you prefer the Catholic (late Roman) pronunciation you should say "Tuh-ruhn-Zee-ah". (same note for the "Uh like A").
As an Italian I never realy thought about how to pronounce these latin-like names but I understand that an English-speaking person should have problems, especially with the vowels...
Another matter is to understand whether my prononciations (as a neolatin language speaker) are wrong.... Who know how REH really pronounced them? Maybe he wrote them like Latin but pronounce them in odd ways....but we'll probably never know...
