I have it, I haven't looked thru it in awhile. From what I remember taint is a small portion of the book. Sanity worked very similiar from what I remember CoC sanity worked and it and psychological disorders fill the majority of the book. If you to know more I can get out my copy and give you a better idea of page count for sanity and taint, as well as if there was anything I missed.
My gut instinct from my initial read thru is that if you don't like how CoC handled sanity you would probably not like how sanity is handled in this book.
