Another questionable world. The TL is down two from what it was (using TravellerMap as a reference). TL-7 should be hard pressed to maintain undersea dome technology as well as the necessary equipment to survive in domes underwater. Again these domes would have had to come from the Sindalian empire time, which means they are quite old and most of the gear should have stopped functioning a long time ago.
