Something else to look forward to. Scheduled for a January 2010 release:

A referee’s treasure trove, 1,001 Characters provides a quick and easy reference to over a thousand non-player characters, ready for play! Divided into easy-to-use sections, a referee will quickly be able to find the appropriate alien bounty hunter, starport administrator or backwater hunter easily. Each character comes with name, equipment, skills and background, giving them life and personality right from the page.

I 1001 entry list of numbers doesn't help a Referee at all.

Give me stats, skills, equipment and SOMETHING ELSE like a one-line description and a one-line personality. I can change those if I want to, but give me a starting place.

I still want that on a T-Shirt. Fond memories. Hell, one of my Universe of Babylon 5 Traveller Demo's, is an All Zathras game . That quote turned into a good 2 hour session about the Wrong Tool.
