What fees would you suggest for A Traveller Version of A DAD Hireling where you choose their stats or at least their minimum stats, choose their career length, rank/ranks reached in that career, skills and stat boosts gained in that career, notable career events, notable mustering out benefits and other stuff who if offered triple normal wage have a chance of saying no to a share of the loot, choosing their aging results, with then option to never from age unless you guaranteed to due to being in your 12th+ termand if offered at least 6 times will not ask for or expect a share, but won't say no if given 1, even if pirate underlings
