So What Has Been Changed?

The text has been extensively revised, with numerous additions and subtractions. Illustrations have similarly been edited. New image of Street Judge uniforms through the years. New items of equipment (Long Gun, Remotes). Revising the utility belt kit to lighten the Judge's load, transferring items to the stowage pod. The speed gun and perp-meter have been combined to form the Multimeter.
