Well this has now been answered:

Over the past while, we have been making oblique references to strange presences in the office. Today, we can happily reveal that we have been joined by the 'other' UK RPG publisher, Cubicle 7! Still, it is better in their own words;

I suppose now this really belongs in the Planet Mongoose forum but this is where the thread was. Perhaps some kind and generous all powerful person will move it.
