I placed an order this morning on the store, but I never received an automated confirmation e-mail. It's been just over three hours (wow, but I've become impatient in this new modern world).

Is this normal?

Is there somewhere I can log in to look at existing orders to check status?

It can make a HUGE difference when one of the days is April Fool's Day. Moonster Games got my hopes up for a new edition of Full Metal Planete because of the time difference.

8 hrs standard time (PST)

Don't know where the hell you got nine hours for the West Coast (points to 'Seattle')

Because the DST switch happens on a different date, this can put it up to 9 hours different till both sync up again. The usual is 8 hours, even while in PDT once they also switch to BST from GMT.

Yes, Egypt does it at different times than the US did before the recent changes. Was fun while there for the first Gulf War trying to keep straight the DST changes for two different countries.

Correct it doesn't, but it's not GMT that's in question but time in the UK which can be either GMT or BST.

And 94.7% of the people I know in UK & EU all give me their time +/- GMT because there is no DST for it.

If it depends of the destination, the order will be sent to Spain.

Generally orders for North America are sent from the Ohio warehouse and elsewhere the UK one. Though this can change if one of the locations doesn't have it in stock and the other does.

I'm hardly an expert, but I've placed two orders with them in the last month or so. Neither one had any sort of confirmation e-mail or shipment e-mail. Both orders arrived without problems.
