All,
I've just received my final stock order for ACTA.

I've got lots of fleet boxes, and most of the more popular ships in stock.

I also have the world's supply of Pakmara!
A recent population explosion on the Pakmara homeworld has resulted in a mass exodus to my house, and they won't leave!!

I'm also getting some complaints from the neighbours regarding missing cats....

So give a Pakmara a home, they'll give you all the love in the world (you may have to replace the odd family pet, but that's not so bad is it?!)

Afterall, how can you say no to something this cute!

Getting server errors. Possible to e-mail you with an order? It'd be substantial...

If you get server errors then try hitting your refresh button on your browser.
This usually helps.

The problem is unfortunately due to the service provider, rather than the website itself. Many of their servers run close to capacity, so occasionally things 'crap out'.

If that doesn't work then by all means email, but I won't be able to sort anything out until this evening, so some items may have sold by then.

Try again. I got a server error part way through making up an order, told Firefox to stop loading, went back to Hobbybox's home page, and continued from there.

I've checked some of the orders and all seem to have come through ok.

From the stock levels on the backend of the website, it appears that some of the server errors may have prevented successful 'write back' to reduce the stock levels on successful ordering.

I'll double check all the stock levels tonight and get them freshly updated.

If, due to this, I can't supply what you've ordered then I'll see if I can get anything direct from Matt, or give you a refund.

Meantime, I'm off to shoot a server guy in the head!

And the ones tha didn't come theough correctly, but look as though they came through correctly... (eg half the stuff missing)

Ok, let me rephrase...

I've checked all the orders on the shop backend and Paypal and made sure that all paid for orders have been added to the 'successful orders' list, rather than the 'unfinished list'.

I've also check the stock list and found a few 'possible' discrepancies, hence I will recheck all the stock again tonight to ensure that the figures are correct.

I don't anticipate any problems in fullfilling the orders given the number of orders I've received so far.
