Hi does anyone know when the new starship troopers stuff will be released, I am so looking forward to it and want to have to stop buying warrior bugs and painting them which takes up so much time and is so boring. Any way does anyone know??

Its meant to be Gen con, so Mid August kinda time. But Matt Sprange said that the orders hadn't even been placed with the factory and that they were 45 days away, and we havent actually seen any previews beside Froth background (Which was ready thius time last year), so there'll probably only be enough for the event...
Unless you plan on going to Gencon, not till September, and thats assuming they're released right after receipt and everything goes without a hitch for a world wide release (I feel mean saying this, but this is Mongoose so theres not much chance of that happening...). Best to plan on October at the earliest and December at the latest for the release date to try and minimise dissapointment

The nature of miniatures production is such that no matter when we set a date, it can never be 100% set in stone. I know I've said this before but it bears repeating that it's not6 just a case of us saying 'make these' and they get made. There are many imponderrables to deal with and other parties who also have similar issues which invariably stack up. Plus, nothing is ever done in isolation, so unexpected issues have a knock-on effect.

When we know, you all will know. That's how it has always been and that's how it will stay, even if sometimes we know you guys won't like the answers.

Truly I wish I could be more forthcoming. I'm still like a kid in a sweetshop at times, and I love nothing more than a good gossip about what we are doing. The trouble is, I've learnt the hard way to enage my brain before opening my mouth.
