Starport standard TL

I thought I read somewhere what the typical TL at an Imperial Star Ports was but I've searched and can't locate it.

Could someone help an old guy with a feeble memory? Book and page reference would be appreciated.

"Most SPA starports have full access to TL12 (or higher) equipment and facilities: they are either based on worlds with sufficient level of technological development or TL 12 items can be sourced elsewhere and transported to the planet"

So most likely a port on a TL15 world will be at TL15 for most parts of it, especially if it's A or B. Ports C or below would always be a crapshoot, especially if the ports are private or non-Imperial.
