Star System Generation

Hello all,

I'm wondering if MGT provides a means to generate a star system. My web search has been my usual, too much information that doesn't answer my question.

You can generate a basic star system (presence of gas giants, main world, various bases) using the rules in the main rulebook. Scout has some more advanced rules, but not too fancy (like the type of sun). We've been begging for a full out system/world creation book for quite a while now.

Thanks for the reply and information that MGT generates the basic main world and some other details but not stellar types. Which means that I didn't miss the information. My interest is due to working through CT Book 6.

If you have access to Megatraveller (Referees guide) or Traveller the New Era version, they had a very good (TNE was just copy paste from MT, which one can see at the typoes and so, but still a good system)

Thank you too for the feedback on my post. The system in MT/TNE is, in my opinion, an updated/corrected version of CT Book 6.
