Star Chart and Settlements lists?

Is it possible to get a download of the Near Star Chart and and settlement lists? I quite fancy going all Excel on them - I like the idea of a vehicle design program that lists the planets they can be used on.

I can certainly get the data with a bit of hassle but a copyable pdf or csv file would be great.

I've created quite a comprehensive listing of settlements (including outposts), with corrections to the data contained in the tables in the 2300AD main book (eg amendment from data pasted over from 2320AD, plus other corrections drawn from the 1988 version of the game). However, I don't seem to be able to post any excel attachments here (or indeed, any attachments)...

Am I doing something wrong?

The forum software accepts only a limited number of file
types, and I do not know whether Excel is among them.
It does certainly accept PDFs, so you could convert your
list into a PDF an attach it, like I did with this image of
my current setting's world map:

Alternately, you could put it on something like Box.net and post a link...
